Trails for Teens and Tweens

Trails for Teens and Tweens helps to boost mood and improve mental health of adolescents according to the National Park Service. Lower blood pressure, healthier body weight, and improved mental health are additional benefits according to the American Hiking Society (an organization promoting and protecting foot trails and the hiking experience).

Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

Meeting Information

When: Generally every two weeks on Mondays unless otherwise noted. If Monday is a holiday, meetings are held on Wednesdays. Schedule can be found here.
